As a rehabber and wholesaler myself I can say that that kind of behavior is frowned upon and can soil your reputation.As a rehabber I have a rule when dealing with wholesalers (as most rehabbers do): I go through the wholesaler or I don't do the deal at all.

It takes gov-mint distortion to get this sort of interesting behavior.

That behavior just screams "shill" to me, but I've been wrong before.To address the OP, Martin CS, it sounds to me like you're over paying for what you get.

If that's true, that's very bad behavior.

I was in a similar situation, finally just looked up the listing agent for one of the properties that I had been trying to get the higher end agent to show me....parted ways with the higher end agent... we were both better off...interesting to me was that my behavior changed when I used the 'investor-grade' agent....I knew he wasn't making much on the deal, I kept conversations to the essentials (anybody who has read any of my posts know how nearly impossible that is for me...) i thoroughly researched the properties before asking to view them...

The downstairs tenant has reported this to me, and I have confronted the new girl and let her know that I won't stand for any bad behavior.

Does your lease forbid such behavior, that is, illegal activities?

I know what it's like to be an owner with a bad PM, so my plan is to prove myself ensuring top dollar for my clients, professional behavior in all I do, good tenants, etc.

For a few minuets i was thinking how can you keep tenants on your rental properties for a long time without having issues.
Then i though of the allstate guy that gave 100 bucks for every 6 months you didnt have an acc...
