They still have to dig down to the beginning and end of the 45' line, 10 feet deep to make the connection, but the section in between can be laid at a shallow elevation, but a pump is needed.

The quarter round trim will save you, but the tighter you start the better the artThe thresholds can be interesting, but its simply another piece of material to buy and its rather ergonomic (just make sure you cut it tight and don't warp the metal base you click the laminate into (too warped and youll never fix it... already cost me money why should it cost you... cut carefully lol) At this point I've bridged the gap where the expansion occurred, and dispute the rather stark change in elevation the forgiving floor has really cleaned it upAfter that you just add the trim...

Getting electrical and water to the ADU is fairly straightforward, getting the waste out and to the sewer or septic system is harder as you need elevation fall in the waste line.If you could get the doublewide up to a livable status as a rental, while you lived next door, you definitely would be successful in forcing equity.I don’t think egress comes into play here.
