Best way is to offer to buy the notes and take then sub too the tax's you pay those off just deduct from your offer price on the notes.. then get deeds in lui if you can or cash for keys etc.. or simply foreclose.. pretty easy.as long as you have the cash the bank will want cash of course for thier note assingments.
