Pretty much all i have dealt with accept the blank versions of both, since the seller will not give you a signed allonge or recorded AOM until you pay for it.

You can revise your contract so that you have filled in most of the blanks on your computer before you print them out. then have numerous copies when you go to the sellers house.

Fortuntaly, I was in posession of a copy of a copy of a copy of a lease from Wisconsin Legal Blanks a mysterious mentor lady sent me (I never met her in person) - WLB turned out to be a gold mine of legel documents and other supplies for landlords.I was almost perplex when my new tenants sent me their first rent checks!
