I'd let them ask or reach out to them after a week or so for longer stays. 

I be sure to offer nice weekly and monthly price discounts. 

Its only bene on the market for less than a week.

Getting a call weekly or even more often might be a problem if you're too busy, on top of managing taxes, general scheduled maintenance, etc."

I havent gotten an insurance for this and a week after close I consulted some insurance provider and he didnt offer me insurance options.
