The hard pill to swallow is that he works for a school district and has an awesome benefits package that will be hard to lose.

For the introvert its not gonna be some magic pill and then you become Joe money raiser.

But 12% + 15.4% makes for a painful tax pill to swallow.

They waste their money they would have been better off saving for a deal because they want the real estate equivalent of a diet pill.

This being the case, a decision to put a large amount of money into the building at this time was indeed a hard pill to swallow.

Mentors deserve to get paid for their time just don't be sleazy salespeople about it.Just know there is no magic formula no special pill to take to make it easy and rich.
