My equity in the property is 80%.The property is in north east, San Antonio, its a 5B, 2.5 bath, 2784 sqft, Lot 6969 sqft  15 minutes from downtown and 5 minutes from the Airforce training base .

They're doing this because you've trained them to believe it's ok to do so.Or, if they're great tenants otherwise, they might just be paying you as they get paid (bi-monthly). 

Several thousand dollars of training is insignificant relative to the profit it has brought us.

If they start asking for money for more mentoring and training to the tune of $5000-$25,000 or more, run.

With all the wholesalers out there and now the No money down trained up by guru buyers its very reasonable to ask for POF that is real.  

The people who are successful, probably are already in the business or have some background and really do not generate any more knowledge from the training.
