The main person that you are trying to reach is the PR (Personal Representative) @Bria JohnsonThey make the decisions as to which real estate agent they hire to list/sell the probate property.And to which wholesaler they choose to work with.When you receive a reply from your marketing piece that you send out you'll know that your letter was read.Yes, you can also cold call and if the PR provides  an e-mail this will save you a stamp.If you decide to bypass the PR and send your letter to the attorney remember that the attorney represents the estate and is looking out for their clients best interest.Remember that you are in a people business and you are there as a problem solver....
