You can meet the contractors on your smart phone and have them keep you posted and if they need any supplies as was mentioned previosly go to Lowe's or Home Depot and drop it off.

Again, if this happens, they have disqualified themselves AND SmartMove provides them with their credit info if I disqualify them based on something that was discovered on the report.I know some of you are thinking that some people don't have internet access to do this but nearly everyone has a smart phone and if they can't complete this step, I probably don't want them as a tenant.

Some people in the tenant base may not engage technology as readily, but the smartphone market is accelerating globally and transactions via these will only increase; in time people will not use debit/credit cards anymore, but their phones for payment, for example.What this means is, ultimately, tenants will expect the same simplicity, transparency and seamlessness in the "rental accounts" as they do for other services.
