I see a greater issue with many of the individuals and companies who push real estate coaching/mentorship services than the concept.

Currently, I self manage using software program that centralizes the majority of information and messaging and pushes to all the platforms that we list the properties on. 

I do understand that not partnering pushes back your timeline substantially...I'm in the slow and steady wins the race and stay small, own it all camp, though. 

So when push comes to shove the Relationship gets pushed to the wayside.

For me, it was live in flips, short term rentals, mid term rentals, good income with a solid savings rate, buying after tax index funds, paying off the primary house, driving old cars, moving a lower cost of living area (from Houston to small town Maine), and selling a business to push me over the top.
