China is flexing its muscle.

So, when this lady applied, I relaxed my screening and on top of that, the government(Section 8) paid 100% of her rent. 

I carpool 1 hour to work, and 90 minutes home, every day..When I get home, I'M TIRED, no matter which one of us was driving..But I find participating in forums like this to be relaxing and enjoyable.

I did take Monday to relax, it was much needed! 

It's like developing your muscles. 

Weekends are frequently time for relaxation, travel, family time, etc. 

I enjoy getting outside to hike Utah's beautiful trails, snowboard, and have relaxing days cooking on the grill. 

This may be simply adding a wraparound porch or deck, creating outdoor seating areas for relaxing and entertaining, or get on the designer shed bandwagon.

You gain confidence by doing and as @David Greene says, "building that muscle".Congratulations on your home getting under contract by the way! 

Just get your hustle muscle on 💪 and people will gladly do business with you.At 24 years old you are probably more energetic and optimistic than most.Get educated and be so good that people have to pay attention.
