I suppose it could be made nice, or at least nicer, the units next to it weren't too bad but each time we went to look at it reinforced (at least to us) that this wasn't the place for us.  

This way my direct mailings are reinforced with signs that remind the homeowner of my intentions. 

So, they head into it fearful and you might be doing something unconsciously that reinforces that anxiety/fear. 

It's funny that you mentioned AAron Vaugn, He contacted yesterday and gave us a lot of reinforcement in our decision to pursue real estate I'm looking forward to meeting his group and learning from some professionals.

The course cleared up some topics that I wasn't 100% clear on while also reinforcing the things that I did know.

So, we have the refinery and the communications hub that will reinforce the local residential market.

I just want to reinforce the fact, that this is my personal experience, it is not to say, this is the norm, but I consider myself fairly experienced with a fairly large buying appetite and capacity, trust me I am always looking for deals.

The timeline was this:  The rear door had a reinforced jam, double-cylinder deadbolt, and locking knobset. 

The recent water quality issues and the poor schools reinforce that.
