Honestly after I did my first deal I was in a similar position as you are.

will you have a net positive return vs selling it as a 4 unit? 

I agree that demand and the house staying dry during Hurricane Milton were positive signs.

I don't know if they still do it but if memory serves a few years ago TD Bank would do a HELOC on a rental in second position but only if it was titled in someone's personal name.
