It's been a while and I realize I've been posting a lot less, but I came to the opinion that THERE ARE LOTS OF YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE A WASTE OF SKIN and IT'S VERY POSSIBLE TO FAIL AS A PARENT through my experience as a teacher.The worst failure as a parent that I ever saw in my position was a Greek national lottery winner.

No question a sub 2 failure opens a big can of worms and can lead to all sorts of issues of the legal variety.. you start missing payments and your sellers credit gets trashed you are going to have issues.

I'm not sure what law are in your state so can't comment on whether failure to pay the deposit is sufficient grounds for eviction but I would suspect it's not.

In the future, do a court records search at https://casesearch.courts.state.md.us/casesearch/If you had done that, you would have seen they have 8 failure to pay rent cases against them.
