But, as my wife and I have done this over the past 5 years, we have found it moves less and less each time, and that we are essentially living the life we envisioned 5 years ago when we started this process.

One lender says only LTV & Credit, another says credit tells nothing about ability to repay (seems true, it's more about willingness to repay past lenders) and that experience integrity and deal in that order.

Ideally, these would be vacant and abandoned properties that have not been sold in the past 5+ years.

These files were standardized forms that many other lenders in the past have given me up front or not long after the initial engagement.
