I've been looking in to getting licensed as well, and have been leaning toward San Jac as it has a mixture of online and classroom, and covers the 6 courses in 4 or 8 week timeframes each (overlapping).

Another property had over 20 AMO (assignment of mortgage), SMO (satisfaction of mortgage) and MOR (mortgage), with different dates overlapping, so I just stayed away from that one as well.I'm bidding on around 10 properties a week and usually bidding half way between the listed appraised value and the judgment order.

You could schedule every 10 minutes - if everyone shows there is some overlap, but you maximize your potential wasted time at an house.If you have more than 10 interested parties, you may want to send out the application in advance.

It's okay to maybe start out in SF then move towards commercial or hotels as you gain more knowledge and experience, some knowledge and information overlap, it's just a matter of you connecting the dots for your toolbelt.:-) just some thoughts for you to mull over ....
