I have sold or helped finance a property to my handyman os probably more confud a friend. 

As OS investors what we need from our manager is strong communication, regular reporting (photos and video) and liaison with maintenance contractors.The plan is to continue buying in Cleveland so the manager can expect to pick up extra properties over the coming years should the relationship work. 

Invest OS or buy into syndications.

I haven't heard anything about the Bay, but @Christy Philippoff,  I do know OS is pretty tough.

We have no violations, and we have c of os on all our properties.   

There are many now, but what I thought worked was finding the right level of simplicity, as not every employee or sub early on was that techno savvy or had the same ease of OS compatibility on their mobile devices.

The kind-of living that's being proposed solves urbanistic dilemmas ans Cali has many or most green projects that are so attractive compared to construction in the US ..the cost os units can Start in the low 40k for a 714 sq ft unit ( in Colombian terms ..this is an average size ) with locations near rivers and great newly installed longitudinal parks which are enormously important on a City thta prides herself on her Sports and civics culture 🤔..

But if the dea; os good it will not last I assure you.
