Basically does it all and the customer service and response time on the in app or online chat is insanely fast. 

I found an auction person, and I see listings online.

They cover the counties with online access to public records (over 2200 counties). 

I was checking online for medium term rental proces in that area.

His work products and many others can be found with simple google searches for free online.

I responded to an online job posting for a Marketing Assistant.

I would say that I have closed 1/2 of my deals with brokers that found me what I was looking for and the others I found online by myself.
