@Huascar Tavarez I certainly don't but let me give you a few better ideas about how to find such a person than posting here. 1) Go to all the apartment buildings in the area, see who they use and see if you can hire them for some part-time work. 2) Check the classified in the local paper for 'handyman' ads. 3) Go to home depot, Lowes, any building supply places and ask for referrals for someone to do a specific job. 4) Drive to where new construction is happening with some cold drinks and snacks and chat the guys up there,

When I was setting the house up for rent, I got a lot of stuff at Costco- pillows, sheets and towels, snacks and wine for the welcome basket, paper goods, cleaning supplies, etc.

If you go in through the front lobby, the meeting room is on the right side of the lobby, down a hallway past the snack bar area.

Go School has bright classrooms, provides snacks and beverages every class, has a bright updated classroom and energetic instructors.If I recall, the cost was $425... which includes your book.

.- offer water or a snack (doubt it has much help but it doesn't hurt)- ask about their profession, stroke their ego a little by asking questions non stop and helping.
