You're not just potentially on the hook monetary wise, but you could find yourself criminally charged. 

My experience with large companies is they provide the monetary assistance of stipends or moving bonuses but not actually the homes themselves.  

You also need to weigh the costs/benefits of even going through a non-monetary eviction.

It’s definitely a matter of ROI, and some of that may be not directly monetary.

Try giving them something of monetary value that speaks to things.

In my opinion, Roth of any kind is especially attractive in light of the historically low tax rates today and the likely tax increases in the future to offset today's fiscal and monetary policy.
