You can also buy the Lease package from BiggerPockets located under MANAGE PROPERTIES.I recommend tailoring your lease, but I wouldn't get too excited about it until you have some experience.

After 30+ years of property management, I'd say get used to it sucks. 

Hey @Brandon Wallace so first, you are managing a Short Term Rental, not an AirBNB.

You just need a good property manager.

VNQ or IRET are passive and actively managed ETFs in US that hold hundreds of REITs if you don't want to choose individual ones.
