Then, any true profit after that gets split 50-50.There are a lot of nuances about how either of the parties may get paid "normally" but in general this is the approach I'm toying with taking if I try this scenario some day.

If you have a large enough pool of captive customers it makes these sorts of businesses great additional opportunities.Another example we have been toying with is a carpet cleaning business.  

We have toyed with the idea of imitating realtor listings that do delayed showing to list our house now so potential buyers are aware of it, but we're still a week or 2 away from being show-ready.

The laser focus now is on the property conditon, getting your mind around potential defects, any rot, termite damage, and costs to repair or replace aspects of the home or walk away (and check the exact timelines for you to exercise this option in the contract or resolve it with the buyer)...

Solid jobs, good income, stable, lots of toys, and raising families...

Well if I had unlimited VA's I would have them start typing on unlimited keyboards until one of them wrote the worlds best screenplay or book, which I would then have published and sell the movie and toy rights :)

However, after chatting for a bit the PM mentioned an owner of a 16 unit portfolio that the owner was toying with selling.

Most people will find this adds up to two hours or less depending on the amount of homes, cars, and toys they own.
