Other damage includes major holes in the walls for plumbing access (shower), water damage around the doors, not so small areas of patched walls done very poorly (possible water damage 'repair'), holes in doors, window screens missing, possible water leaks from roof (?)

Other ways to find such properties: contact wholesalers, connect with other investors in the area, search on craiglist, drive around in neighborhoods that have these properties, search the "for sale by owner" websites and even knock in doors of potential properties.If you have any questions, feel free to ask here in the BP forums, LOTS of great people that will be happy to chime in.Good luck!

Coming through the slab foundation at this point is not possible, but I do have an HVAC closet or laundry room I could put shutoff valves in if they are required to be indoors.
