@MIchael McCUe   I get it, it feels like an incredible weight that you could easily lift with bankruptcy.

Put simply, a well-designed mobile app has far higher user engagement than a web only service/site.

I have family in Houston, Dallas, and the Valley, I was networking with brokers in San Antonio, but the Taxes seem to be quite high as well in that State, although much favorable laws/regs on the landlord side.

Sometimes it can take longer to place a *qualified* tenant into these properties as well so your vacancy can be a bit higher.

A friend and I created one recently:https://drive.google.com/file/...It was meant to compare costs between different lenders, but you can use it to just see costs from one lender as well.
