- Are they a fund (raised capital already) or do they need to table fund the transaction with other lenders One is not better than the other it's different capabilities / risks.

Not Realizing It Takes A Long TimeThe biggest mistake I made was not realizing that fundraising takes a longer time than you think.

Chances are that money is better in your hands where you can decide where it goes than in the government's hands.How you run your business and what you do with your money is your choice, but if you are worried about people who are less fortunate than yourself-donate money to charity, help with fundraisers that help those groups, offer them employment opportunities and training. 

If not then find someone who has as chances in this economy a first time fundraiser raising signficant money is going to be very challenging

This includes political surveys or fundraising messages

I've done my fair share of fundraising and sales for previous ventures, so anyone joining here making "subtle suggestions" on products and services has an agenda, and it's less likely they're innocently posting.IEAn XXXX salesperson joins and claims they own 15 properties, and XXXX is the best and should get flagged by the community.

I'm looking at using an NFT provider to manage investor admin for our 2nd real estate fund. Has anybody done this? Has anyone whitelabeled digishares.io? What did you think? Cost?
