New BP Member, looking for help on a JV deal
Hello All!
I hope everyone is thriving and doing well.
My name is Brandon Gidicsin. I am based in Putnam County, NY. Currently I have a deal that I have sourced. A portfolio sale, and need help/guidance. I am raising capital for the deal ($310k), and still need about $150k in additional funds to close this. Any guidance is much appreciated!
