The second page is a page for the doctor or professional stating what the tenant is requesting and giving them a little info as to why we the landlord are asking for it. the 3rd page is the ASR with simple yes-no questions. the 4th page is the approval or denial with what information was considered as well as contact information if you want to allow the 2nd review if a larger company.

Also, I would check reviews and previous sales experience. 

I am 70% thru the materials and will likely go back and do a quick review of all materials before siting for the exam.

There are freelancers that do work for engineers & architects who are already familiar with their work and can review and stamp for a fee as well.  

These are key reviews for you and your team to review prior to out price confirmation.

Affordable / section 8 rentals look great on paper but it's one thing to review the numbers and another to actually own a portfolio of them for years and years.

If possible, in the future I would try to obtain a copy of a standard Condo questionnaire from the HOA prior to the mortgage application process and ask your lender to review it in advance in order to mitigate some of the time and costs risks associated.
