I had to endure several very tough years from 2008-2010 due to being heavily invested in lower-price properties in very challenged parts of Memphis.

But obviously if you can endure the pain of managing the process yourself you can save significant money, assuming you're not on a clock.And to answer your first question, yes, you can download(purchase) plans from the Internet.

( they never redeem).. not sure about state liens want to check that out.. you know child support that type of thing.. and HOA are different in most states. in our state they are wiped out in other states they endure post sale. suggestion I would make is to simply go to the auctions and shadow bid..
