My subject line was misleading since it was accidentally cut off before I posted and then I couldn't edit it after.

There are lot of features missing from the mobile app, such as quoting a post or editing it after posting.First thing, SoCal residents are no different than anyone else in the country, in my opinion.

EDIT: I forgot to ask if this zero finance for developments has a starting point or if its just a blanket policy?
