Once you figure out something that looks good to you then you'll be able to find an investing strategy that works for that area.

Well worth it and the best strategy to start in my opinion. 

Has anyone used the company BNB Leverage to help with the airbnb arbitrage strategy?

I have been investing here for years and I focus on the BRRRR strategy.

My recommendation is for your first MTR to get something that would be a decent LTR, this way you have a fallback strategy.

By all measures this strategy is far superior to what all the BRRR/DSCR/Poor Dad Rich Dad folk do.

How good of a deal would be needed to make this strategy work?
