Generally speaking the SAEDF is bound by the Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA), which does include municipalities outside of Bexar County (like New Braunfels or Boerne), but the most, if not all, of the largest employers are based within Bexar County.

I learned in GRI class that you can go into your MLS, pick a sub division, change sold to 0-365, select all, print, and you can print a Fannie Mae 1004MC statistics pdf report to give to your client, or for your own education.
