Insurance company is making me get a UL certified central fire alarm system for this 4 unit I bought in PA. 

The state’s favorable business environment, reliable energy grid, and central location make it attractive for data-intensive companies like Google.Additionally, Verily Life Sciences, another Alphabet subsidiary, relocating its headquarters to Dallas is another testament to the region's growing appeal for tech and life sciences companies.

After visiting these States, I just didn't see the benefit of investing in $200,000 in a B- class neighborhood in Ohio, which is a 5 hour flight away, when I could maybe invest a similar amount  in the California Central Valley in a C class neighborhood that I could drive to when needed.

My primary residence is central PA but split time between New Hampshire, Central PA, Central Jersey, and NW PA.
