@Chris Hopper The 30 year loan has been paused indefinitely for us but the fix and flip  program is keeping very busy.

Some may say I'm going a little overboard for a rental, but it's on the same lot of land as my shop so I'm keeping it indefinitely and it will be a really clean rentable unit when I'm done.
