I was trying to bottleneck my research, but your comment spread out possible more branches of questions lolI will ask a few questions that maybe others will run into while reading this thread.In regard to the trust route, would that work with a property that still holds a mortgage, I would assume yes, but I ask because I know is not an issue if is the same person owning the property then transferring to their own SMLLC.

If the realtor is the bottleneck, then fire them and get a more investor friendly agent who understands the need for speed and availability.
