Real estate is a fantastic way to build wealth, and your healthcare background likely brings valuable skills like patience, attention to detail, and resilience—all of which translate well here.

My first attempts to get a loan ended in some pretty humbling experiences (getting laughed out of a couple of banks due to zero credit history).Fast forward to today, and after building up some credit, a stronger W-2, and a solid professional background, I’m finally back in West Palm Beach, Florida, looking to make my first deal happen.

The property manager, KS Yoak, found a tenant without my approval or background check, but at first, everything seemed fine.

There are a lot of folks on the platform with different backgrounds in real estate, so I’m sure you’ll find some good connections to get started.

Analyzing deals can feel overwhelming at first, but with your finance background, you’ll catch on quickly!

Second, that their money was invested in highly speculative start up business deals that the sponsors had no background or expertise in.  

I just advertise on Zillow/ Hotpads/ Facebook Marketplace etc. and use a background check website.

Investors need to do a thorough background check on the key INDIVIDUALS that they would be relying on to invest and manage their money.  

For the most part I've always done the leg work on screens possible tenant. For the most part I've done pretty well. ( nothings guaranteed)I find it's time to let someone else do it. So I can free up some of my  time....

So far, my main background is in wholesaling.
