Since we know nothing about dispersals from college athletic programs we let it slide.

Be apart of RE groups/run one, become a thought leader (blogs, youtube channel, podcast of your own or go on others, linked in, facebook, etc), Join non-profits and become a leader, get in with a group of successful professionals (Doctors, Lawyers, Dentists, Athletes, etc) and add value to their profession, team up with other syndication companies and talk about what you are doing with everyone that you know. 

We are both former division 1 student athletes and earned our MBA following our senior season. 

He should have at least 2 decent already paid for conodos under his belt.Go pay for a session with Dave Ramsey and work out your financial DEMONs----he works with a lot of athletes.   

I was a full time Student-Athlete for the Tigers and did some extensive travelling throughout the region.

And even though my wrestling career was limited to only wrestling in high school, as I was watching some of these elite athletes, I thought to myself that I can contribute much of my success in real estate, with my family, and in life in general to the sport of wrestling when I was a teenager.

I have worked in college athletics coaching (strength and conditioning to be specific) for the last 18+ years and have decided I am finally going to buy my first property for extra income. 

I am a former college athlete and am extremely excited I found a way to utilize my competitive spirit into something I have developed a passion for.
