Hi all. My name is Ty Johnson, I am a 22 year old recent college graduate. I recently moved to Milwaukee, WI from the Minneapolis / St. Paul area. Currently, I am working a 9-5, and have made the decision to pursue Real Estate Investing as well. . As I am fresh out of school, I do not yet have the money to afford a traditional purchase of a property. Therefore, I just started a side hustle to help fund that purchase. In the mean time I am diving into many resources, in order to learn as much as possible prior to making a purchase.

I am a former college athlete and am extremely excited I found a way to utilize my competitive spirit into something I have developed a passion for. I view real estate as a very long-term wealth creating strategy for myself and am more excited for the journey/chase/climb than anything.

If anyone is in the Milwaukee, WI area, I'd love to connect. I'd also be interested in connecting with those in the Twin Cities, as I am back there fairly regularly too.

Hey @Ty Johnson Welcome to BP!  I'm in New York and I invest in Milwaukee.  You certainly have a competitive advantage by being local lol!!!  Be sure to take full advantage of the gold mine your sitting on over there.  Best of luck to you.  Always remember to persist and you will WIN!!!
