Vow to buy first Property in 6 months

Hi y'all, after just recently becoming a Pro Member this is my first post on BP. I'm posting on here for three reasons. 

1. To introduce myself

2. To be more involved in the RE investing community

3. To publicly vow to purchase my first multifamily property within the next 6 months. 

A little bit about myself, I'm a 23 year old recent graduate of Louisiana State University of Baton Rouge where I spent three years living in the South. I was a full time Student-Athlete for the Tigers and did some extensive travelling throughout the region. I grew up in the culture bubble of South Orange County and actually moved back after graduation and my interest in multifamily real estate brought me into working for a CRE firm in Newport Beach. I love making the money in my current 8 to 5 position as I wait to take my California Salesperson License but the 8 to 5 isn't for me. Financial freedom is my goal and cash flow investing is the route I plan on taking. I joined BP to be surrounded by like-minded people who want to contribute to and learn from this large community.
