With all the pollen and other particles in the air outside there is no way to prove it's from inside the house. 

Opening a unit and dumping out debris makes no sense, as particles become airborne.Another tip, don't use a shop vac for cleaning out fireplace ash... there are special vacs to that.

You know, misaligned particle board/paper cabinets, dust and dirt in the floor finishes, caulking filling 2 inch gaps in the vinyl siding and blackjack all over the roof where the flashing should be...I call it Menarded

True, but the boxes are really cheap particle board.

For our rental kitchens, we just make sure to get plywood frames (no particle board, as it will be destroyed when it gets wet).

Lint will make it by the 1st screen and build up from very small particles that were not caught.

The main entrance is two doors wide, there's a door on one side, and a sheet of particle board on the other!

I don't think my tenants would know the difference between brazilian cherry and particle board.  

The cabinet is laminate over particle board, and the area where the hole is located is visible from pretty much the whole living area.Looking for some creative ideas on how to fix this hole. 

The cabinets are hideous old walnut colored particle board and the corners are chipping.
