From 700k To 550k In One Jump

There's an 8 family just a few blocks down the road from our 4. Nice looking building, but it sits "sideways" on the lot...one of those.

Anywho, it's been on the market for a while...for 700k. Insane price. On Tuesday they dropped it to 550k. 150k in one move. I'd loved to have heard that conversation between seller and listing agent.

I looked it up, the seller bought it last year for 300k, the current assessment is 488.

Buy for 300, sell for 700 14 months later.

Makes perfect sense to me.
