You can't legally deny a true service animal.

It helps being willing to talk to sellers/get on the phone and talk to folks in the real estate space in general but the most important thing in my opinion is being an honest and true person.

You’re probably thinking you have to offer asking price – not true!

They do not want to reveal the money trail (true source of funds).

I am looking into small commercial this coming week, it might be a better path.
