I've heard OdoBan is good for removing the odor from pet urine.

He might not have noticed the odor the short time he was there.

Horse manure smells less than most animals but depending on how frequently the stalls get cleaned and where they pile the manure and also what type of bedding they use can all play into the odor thing.

Sometimes the carpet and pad get so bad you can't really get the odor out.

Unfortunately the place stinks like cat pee, and I would love to change out doors and trim to get rid of the odors and 1980's look. 

Perhaps you can purchase some sort of air purification system that can be placed in the unit to help minimize the odor?
