Properties are in Prince George’s County Maryland

Typically, we have to kiss many, many toads before we can find our prince, so, if we found one, we don't readily share, because if that person gets too busy or is snapped up by a bigger rehabber, they will be too busy for us on future projects and we have to start all over with kissing toads.

If a system is failing in a home what options does the home owner have in Prince George's County?

If you want to buy in BC, look at places in the southeast (like Cranbrook) or central BC (Prince George). 

I only checked our Prince George's and Montgomery County so I would have had no idea about the 8-room capability of Howard County without Stephen's post.
