@Jingwen DunfordI am distributing profit from operating cash flow and am funding the rehab capex projects out of the dollars you raised from LPs prior to close so it doesn't effect the distribution.

From a syndication standpoint, y just to give u some ideas to ponder, you and your managing partner could set this up so that you two are the GPs (General Partner) and the other two investors could be considered LPs (Limited partners).

Now, I bring this up because I I think... again just me and may opinions. is that if the US government were to, instead of stimulating citizens, stimulate business by encourage (force) them to pay employees more and make them report how they are spending the money, and some regulating entity inspect and survey the locations, one you would be creating tons of federal jobs and force income wages in a indirect way up.

I would agree with @Michael Dang and build off of his comment -- one thing I would want is to know how the GP will communicate with the LPs (webinars, calls, who do I have access to if I have questions), how often (monthly, quarterly),and what will they communicate?
