I also run a group out in the Fox Valley area to engage and connect with other investors.  

Michael to be fair and balanced like Fox news your a developer we expect those kind of returns as developers.. 

I agree with @Justin Fox stick to your criteria and never try to accommodate.

I know I had identified ATL. as a unbelievable buy opportunity in 2010.... one of my existing partners was stuck on watching Fox news and he just would not pull the trigger on anything..

While Blago's out on bail, this little gem came out today: "His (Obama) statement that he didn't have contact with Blagojevich about the Senate seat seems to conflict with that of top adviser David Axelrod, who told Fox News Chicago on Nov. 23: "I know he's (Obama) talked to the governor, and there are a whole range of names, many of which have surfaced, and I think he has a fondness for a lot of them."
