It’s a great government boost To cover the cost of my student debt.There's been a lot of media coverage re: PSLF program, so I won't get into the details, but 1) there's a lot of speculation about whether it'll exist in the next 5-10 years, 2) if it doesn't, what will happen to the people currently enrolled in the program and 3) there are many cases where after 10 years of payments, people find out they don't end up being approved.Based on your calculation, it looks like you're just paying off the interest portion and making no dent to the principle amount, if any.

There is a budding tech industry here now and we have the largest public university in the country (based on enrollment).

To be honest: You definitely need to focus on someone qualified, does not have to be a CPA, could be an Enrolled Agent or an attorney.

I just feel stuck to the point I already enrolled to get my own real estate license but I don't want to wait until I get my license to start submitting offers.

It is now tax season and I don't have a clue what kind of cpa or enrolled agent I should chose to do my taxes as this year is different than previous years.

He has been doing the financials for another local startup business for the past few years and knows far more than I do about finances and is currently enrolled in an MBA program. 

This is currently in place for us, but just in case I also posted a notice for the possibility they would choose to enroll.
