I have come across two “Diamonds in the rough” with “Danger” notices on both and I’m not sure which direction to take on how to acquire these properties?

I always prefer to find a diamond in the rough and breathe new life into it.

Figuring you're closer to the Medway area perhaps the Worcester Black Diamond meet up would Worcester or @Enis Shehu's in Framingham would be your best bet.
