I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a good accountant in the Contra Costa county of California (San Francisco East Bay area - e.g., Walnut Creek, Concord, Martinez, Lafayette areas).  

Self storage is pretty saturated here..My experience has been 4 plexes cost a little more per ft to build than the larger complexes but they command a little more rent.

The way I see it, seems like leads would cost a lot of money since your also paying contractors.

Do they follow thru with funding like they say they do or does that cost as well...I don't mind spending money to make money but as long as it's legit!

I am trying to learn as much as possible, because I know evictions can cost a lot of money if handled incorrectly and be crushing to the investor.

The cost provided to you was probably a per square foot number to estimate the cost as close as possible.

Vinyl floors can cost as little as $2 a square foot and they're easy to install.

It's gonna cost a couple grand for the survey so you better make sure it's a good deal and it's going to sell quickly otherwise you're out that two grand and that is why I didn't put it up and ultimately wasn't able to sell the acreage.
