Hello,I am pursuing an off-market deal for a 4-plex.

My business partner and I purchased a 4 plex property in Grand Rapids Michigan.  

Any large city / metro-plex is going to have lot's of regulations and red-tape, that's just the reality of running a city of such size.

I would appreciate it if you could let me know if you come across anything.I did this for five years and found a hoarder house, the house of a deceased woman that the family wanted to sell discreetly, a vacation rental in a desirable location, a six-plex, an 11-plex, an office, and a nice golf-course home.

I have bought 2 four plexes and looking to find the best structure with LlC , Lease and sub lease.

I am considering purchasing a 4-plex or smaller multifamily property.

When using the property search tool and other criteria for property type, how is it possible to search for 2,3 or 4 unit homes only and not include all single family homes? Choices are only Homes, Condo, Townhome, Co-...

House hacking is a great way to get started in real estate, especially if you are handy, that will be a big help.Buy a 4 plex and rent 3 units and use one for your self.
