Stay consistent, set clear goals, and remember real estate is a long-term game that rewards patience and persistence!

The Private Equity and Institutional investor is playing the ADU game - I’m working with them.

Real estate is a relationship game.

We can all do the digging game and question who should have a bigger voice.

I think investing for cash flow to start is a slow game.

So you will need to have skin in the game.

For me, I’ve been testing a few different methods recently, but I’m always looking for new ideas to take my wholesaling game to the next level. 

You just have to get in the game, learn, and adapt as you go.
